Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED invites a skilled BIM Co-ordinator to join its project teams in Singapore. The role focuses on developing project models, establishing workflows, and managing BIM setup and administration across all phases.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in BIM coordination and 5 years in electrical engineering, with proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for clash detection and coordination on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Proficient in BIM software and coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflows across all project phases.
• BIM project set-up and ongoing project administration.
• Responsible for clash coordination and BIM coordination on site.
• Update Revit models including coordination drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for data transfer.
