Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

You will perform clash detection, coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams, review drawings, and manage deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360, with awareness of Singapore BIM rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience in construction.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, Solibri and ACC/BIM 360.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and CORENET X is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models to meet project requirements and standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Review and update BIM models, drawings and shop drawings.
• Manage deliverables and revisions using ACC and BIM 360.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM requirements (BCA, CORENET X, IFC+SG).
• Support coordination, as-built modelling and final BIM handover.
