Job summary

ACEPLP.COM PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BIM Coordinator to coordinate BIM models for architectural projects, ensure BIM standards are followed, and resolve clashes across disciplines. You will attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support while maintaining accuracy through design and construction stages, and prepare related documentation.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, strong understanding of design and construction processes, and excellent coordination

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience on medium to large-scale projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly implemented.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.
• Maintain model accuracy throughout design and construction stages.
• Prepare BIM-related documentation and reports as required.
