Job summary

WORKPLUS RECRUITMENT CENTRE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BIM Coordinator to support the development and coordination of BIM processes and models across disciplines, ensuring project accuracy, compliance, and effective collaboration with project teams.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models, perform clash detection, maintain documentation, and support site teams with BIM guidance and model interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related fields.
• Experience with any kind of construction projects.
• Familiarity with multiple disciplines including Architectural, Structural, and MEP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM processes and standards to support project delivery.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and documentation aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues collaboratively with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Manage BIM project deliverables, submissions, and documentation under the guidance of the BIM Manager.
• Ensure BIM data and models comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support to project teams.
• Organize and maintain BIM files, models, and project data for version control and easy access.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams on BIM usage and model interpretation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
