Job summary

Aedas is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design teams across all project stages from concept to completion in Singapore. You will drive delivery, coordinate resources, and ensure technical quality through documentation and client engagement.

Required: Bachelor's in Architecture, 10–15 years' experience, strong BIM (Revit) proficiency, and BOA registration or GMP/GMFP advantages. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of experience in design development, team management and client interface.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 10 - 15 Years of experience in design development, team management and client interface.
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential.
• Experience in mixed-use and infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage.
• Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture).
