KWAN YONG PROJECT PRIVATE LIMITED invites a BIM professional to join at project kickoff, initially supporting the Senior BIM Coordinator and Project BIM Manager through setup, mobilisation, and template rollout, then leading day-to-day BIM coordination once the project is running.

You will coordinate AR/CS/MEP disciplines, manage the CDE and version control, produce deliverables for regulatory submissions and shop drawings, and liaise with offshore modellers and site teams as you grow into a

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in C&S, Architecture, M&E or building-related discipline.
• 3-5 years BIM coordination experience on building projects.
• Certification in Model Authoring / BIM Software Certification Courses.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager during project mobilisation (BEP setup, CDE configuration, templates and standards rollout).
• Progress to lead the day-to-day BIM coordination after kick-off.
• Run discipline coordination (AR/CS/MEP), clash detection and resolution, and model QA against project standards.
• Maintain the CDE, model version control, and issue tracking.
• Produce coordinated deliverables – regulatory submission models, shop/coordination drawings, and quantities.
• Support DfMA / PPVC / precast coordination.
• Support BCA / CORENET X submissions under senior guidance, progressing towards ownership.
• Support tender and bid preparation with model-based visualisations, quantity take-offs, and coordination inputs.
• Liaise with offshore BIM modellers, discipline teams, and site.

About the Role

You will join projects at kick-off, initially supporting the Senior BIM Coordinator / Project BIM Manager through setup and mobilisation, and subsequently taking over as the project's day-to-day BIM lead once the project is running. This is a role for someone ready to grow into project leadership across our MOHH, HDB, and GPE portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager during project mobilisation - BEP setup, CDE configuration, and rollout of templates and standards.
• Progress to lead the project's day-to-day BIM coordination after kick-off.
• Run discipline coordination (AR / CS / MEP), clash detection and resolution, and model QA against project standards.
• Maintain the CDE, model version control, and issue tracking.
• Produce coordinated deliverables - regulatory submission models, shop/coordination drawings, and quantities.
• Support DfMA / PPVC / precast coordination.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in C&S, Architecture, M&E, or Building-related discipline.
• 3-5 years of BIM coordination experience on building projects.
• Certification in Model Authoring/ BIM Software Certification Courses
• Digital Delivery Management (DDM) accreditation Tier 3
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; working knowledge of ACC / BIM 360, AutoCAD; , etc or equivalent
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BCA BIM submission requirements.
• Self-driven, with the coordination and communication skills to grow into a project lead role.
• All disciplines welcome; C&S / structural background preferred (current team gap).
