Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks a motivated BIM Coordinator in Singapore to manage day-to-day BIM tasks, support the team, ensure quality and compliance, and translate client requirements into model strategies.

You will develop BEP, manage central BIM models, coordinate across disciplines, and train project members in BIM workflows to deliver compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in Residential Construction Industry, preferably with HDB Project experience.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) is preferred.
• Skills in Navisworks, Enscape, or VRCollab is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Manager to develop and implement BEP for the assigned project(s).

• Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across all project disciplines.
• Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated BIM Coordinator to manages the day-to‑day BIM tasks on a project, supports the team, ensures quality and compliance, and translates client requirements into model strategies

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the BIM Manager to develop and implement BEP for the assigned project(s).
• Execute BIM implementation processes as per agreed BEP.
• Responsible for managing and coordinating project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across all project disciplines.
• Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare and deliver BIM deliverables, such as BIM models, clash reports, asset data, 3D visualizations, etc.
• Track and report on BIM progress and identify potential issues.
• Train and support project team members on BIM workflows and software.
• Participate in project meetings and provide BIM expertise.
• Other related project BIM uses implementation and their BIM deliverables submission activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Construction Industry, preferably with HDB Project experience
• Candidates with higher levels of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
• Candidates who are able to commence work within a short period of time an added advantage
• Experience with coordination platforms such as Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) is preferred
• Skills in Navisworks, Enscape, or VRCollab is an added advantage
