Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Architectural BIM Coordinator to lead BIM modelling, drawing management, and site coordination for coordinated project delivery. You will align design requirements with site execution, supervise architectural works, and ensure quality and EHS compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role involves maintaining BIM models, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and managing document handovers with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM modelling using Revit and drawing management.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Knowledge of project quality procedures and inspection records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Develop and maintain architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit; convert 2D drawings to 3D when needed.
• Prepare and monitor drawing production schedules; coordinate submissions and approvals.
• Implement project quality procedures and maintain inspection records.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and EHS procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification, and handover documentation.
• Maintain accurate architectural drawings and project records.
