in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM professional to lead the development of high-LOD BIM models for signage systems and to build intelligent Revit families and standards libraries. You will coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free workflows, embed data for fabrication and operations, and prepare construction documents, schedules, and quantity take-offs while maintaining ISO 19650 and local standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or BIM-related field.
• 3–5+ years BIM experience on complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows.
• Experience in signage, wayfinding, façade, or metal detailing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-LOD BIM models for signage systems.
• Build and manage intelligent Revit families and BIM standards libraries.
• Coordinate clash detection across disciplines using Navisworks.
• Embed structured data into BIM models for fabrication and operations.
• Generate construction documents, schedules, and take-offs.
• Ensure BIM compliance with ISO 19650 and Singapore BCA standards.
• Maintain as-built models for handover.
• Support automation and process improvement with Dynamo.
