in Singapore is seeking a Technical & Quality Coordinator to support project delivery through technical coordination, BIM drawing management, quality assurance and site supervision. The role requires coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and project personnel, managing BIM models in Autodesk Revit, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and EHS requirements on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project personnel to address technical issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Manage the production, revision and distribution of BIM drawings and models using Autodesk Revit.
• Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings or models and ensure that project BIM standards and LOD requirements are met.
• Coordinate drawing schedules with site progress and ensure that technical deliverables are completed on time.
• Implement project quality management procedures and maintain inspection records, quality documentation and relevant reports.
• Analyse quality inspection results, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
• Monitor site activities and ensure that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification and handover activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Support CONQUAS assessments and applicable QM requirements by monitoring workmanship quality and coordinating the necessary records and inspections.
• Communicate technical and quality issues to the relevant project personnel and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the Project Manager to support project execution.
