Job summary

Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM Co-ordinator to lead model creation and coordination across project phases. You will prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software, establish project workflows, and set up BIM procedures on site.

You will manage clash coordination, update Revit models, produce 2D and 3D shop drawings, and liaise with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate data transfer.

Qualifications

• BIM certificate required.
• 2 years' experience as BIM Co-ordinator and 5 years' experience as Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM processes on large construction projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.

• To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
• Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Job Requirements:

• Possess BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.
