Job summary

WAH LOON PLANT & INSTRUMENTATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Co-ordinator with strong experience in electrical engineering to lead BIM processes on large construction projects.

The role involves creating models, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring accurate data transfer and on-site coordination. Applicants should hold a BIM certificate, have extensive Revit and Navisworks experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BIM certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years as BIM Co-ordinator and 5 years as Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge: Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflows across all project phases.
• BIM project set-up and ongoing project administration.
• Clash coordination and BIM coordination on construction site.
• Prepare and update Revit models (coordination drawings).
• Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for data transfer.

• To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
• Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Job Requirements:

• Possess BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an added advantage.
