Job summary

TONG LEI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM-focused professional to prepare construction drawings using CAD and BIM tools, with Archi/Structural emphasis.

You will ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in line with project schedules and coordinate with sub-contractors to exchange updates. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in architecture or civil engineering, at least two years in Singapore's construction scene, strong attention to detail, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM Guidelines and authority submission standards.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
