Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Billing Analyst to ensure accurate usage-to-invoice across its Model-as-a-Service platform. You will reconcile raw metering data against invoices, maintain complex pricing models, and compute service credits for outages.

The role requires SQL expertise and experience with usage-based billing platforms. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and customer teams to reduce discrepancies, improve invoice quality, and support disputes with transparent calculations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or financial analysis in cloud/SaaS.
• Strong SQL skills for querying usage and billing data in large volumes.
• Experience with usage-based pricing platforms (Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee, Metronome, Orb).
• Knowledge of GPU/compute-based pricing and tiered/committed-use models.
• Ability to explain pricing or credit decisions to engineers and customers.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; some Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile usage data to invoices for MaaS platform, investigate variances, document causes and drive fixes.
• Maintain and evolve pricing models translating consumption into charges; ensure billing config matches product/Sales commitments.
• Compute and issue service credits for GPU faults or capacity outages; size credits with auditable methodology.
• Monitor billing pipelines for anomalies; build checks and dashboards; collaborate with data engineering.
• Support billing disputes with evidence and propose changes to pricing logic or invoice presentation.
