Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a hands-on analyst to own the operational and analytical backbone of token economics, including trackers, dashboards, and pricing models. You will work closely with capacity planning, infrastructure engineering, and finance to keep data grounded and actionable.

In this role you’ll build trackers to monitor GPU Allocation, utilization, and cost per token, run pricing analyses, and improve vendor comparison frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FinOps, business operations, or analytically rigorous roles.
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in SQL or data visualization tools.
• Ability to pull data and generate insights independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trackers and dashboards that monitor GPU allocation, utilization, and cost-per-token economics across models and customers.
• Run pricing and discount analyses — modeling promotions, tiering, and volume effects on margin.
• Maintain and improve sourcing and vendor comparison frameworks with Finance and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Reconcile contracted vs. provisioned vs. utilized capacity and support capacity decisions.
• Prepare data-backed materials for leadership reviews.
• Champion process improvements and design efficient workflows for recurring analysis.
