Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a hands-on analyst to own the operational and analytical backbone of token economics, including trackers, dashboards, and pricing models that ground GPU allocation, cost-per-token, and vendor comparisons in data.

You will work closely with capacity planning, infrastructure engineering, and finance, driving improvements and tackling ad hoc projects as pricing and capacity priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FinOps, business operations, management consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong numerical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
• Comfort generating insights independently without dashboards handed to you.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trackers and dashboards monitoring GPU allocation, utilization, and cost-per-token economics across models and customers.
• Run pricing and discount analyses—model promotions, tiering, and volume commitments on margin.
• Maintain and improve sourcing and vendor comparison frameworks with Finance and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Reconcile contracted vs. provisioned vs. utilized capacity; flag gaps and support capacity decisions.
• Prepare data-backed materials and recommendations for leadership reviews.
• Champion process improvements—design workflows to reduce manual analysis.
• Tackle ad hoc analytical projects as pricing and capacity priorities evolve.
