Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Billing Analyst to own the correctness of usage-to-invoice accounting for our multi-tenant GPU cloud. This role sits at the intersection of finance, product, and the AI Cloud Kubernetes engineering team, translating usage events into billable line items and reconciling metered consumption against invoices to catch drift before customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or financial analysis for a usage-based or consumption-priced product.
• Demonstrate strong analytical fluency with usage and billing data using SQL or spreadsheets.
• Experience reconciling metered consumption against invoices at scale and driving root-cause investigations.
• Experience with credit, adjustment, or SLA-remediation processes in a usage-based billing context.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Model Design: Design and maintain pricing models across the full GPU SKU matrix and pricing structures.
• Metering and Usage Analysis: Analyze usage data to validate recorded consumption across clusters and tenants.
• Billing Reconciliation: Reconcile metered usage against billing statements and payment records.
• GPU-Fault Credit Administration: Administer the GPU-fault credit process end to end with auditable policies.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Bridge finance, product, and engineering to ensure billing readiness for launches.
• Process and Controls: Build repeatable month-end close, invoice review, and credit issuance processes.
