Job summary

China Telecom Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance professional to analyze the department’s data, coordinate finance-related matters, and ensure accurate accounting across revenue and costs.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in finance, a Bachelor’s degree or above, and fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Telecom experience is a plus and audits support is part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management.
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience; telecom industry preferred.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to liaise with bilingual stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the department’s financial data and coordinate finance-related matters.
• Manage and control accounting processes including revenue posting, cost postings, and reconciliations.
• Implement credit control and overdue payment management; monitor AR trends.
• Coordinate with Headquarters and AP Finance on KPI tracking and AR policies.
• Support internal and external audits and complete ad hoc finance duties.
