Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd, on behalf of our client in the Maritime Transportation Industry, seeks a Billing Clerk in Singapore for invoicing, billing checks, and coordination with Operations and Accounts.

You will prepare invoices, verify GST, and resolve discrepancies; basic up to S$2,500 plus VB, with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Experience with MYOB or Autocount accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills for data processing.

• Prepare invoices, credit notes, debit notes and Statements of Account
• Verify billing rates, charges, discounts, GST and supporting documents
• Resolve billing discrepancies and handle customer billing enquiries
• Maintain billing records and coordinate with Operations and Accounts
