Job summary

You will deliver high-quality customer service via email and phone, monitor overdue invoices, and collaborate with other departments to validate and finalize billing data.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end billing including PO/DOP verification and invoicing.
• Ability to reconcile orders with PODs and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Handle billing adjustments for returns or delivery discrepancies with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process client invoices based on POD documentation.
• Liaise with operations to retrieve PODs for billing purposes.
• Reconcile electronic order records against PODs to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Manage billing adjustments for returns or delivery discrepancies; collaborate to finalize data.
• Upload invoices to clients' electronic portals where applicable.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue invoices.
