is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing Team with administrative and operational tasks, coordinating documentation, and handling customer inquiries. The role requires strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and the ability to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients, plus familiarity with social media and basic digital marketing to assist promotional efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Able to multitask, detail-oriented and a fast learner.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Able to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Team.
• Handle customers’ enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain buffer stock for regular customers.
• Prepare sales reports and highlight issues to the Director.
• Coordinate with Production Manager on costing, production needs and delivery docs.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and related documents.
• Utilize AI tools to create social media content for product promotion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
