Techware is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections on precision components across metal, plastic, and rubber. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards, using vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in QC/inspection, can read engineering drawings, and communicates in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of QC/inspection in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.
Experience with Smart Scope, Vision Measurement Systems, or 3D scanners is a plus.
Prior inspection experience with metal, plastic, and rubber components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation/communication skills.
Overtime may be required to meet operational demands.
Abilities to speak and write English, and Chinese.

Responsabilités

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components.
Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.
Record and report inspection results accurately with proper documentation and traceability.
Work with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Support continuous improvement activities within the QC department.
