Techware is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections on precision components across metal, plastic, and rubber. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards, using vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in QC/inspection, can read engineering drawings, and communicates in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of QC/inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.
• Experience with Smart Scope, Vision Measurement Systems, or 3D scanners is a plus.
• Prior inspection experience with metal, plastic, and rubber components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation/communication skills.
• Overtime may be required to meet operational demands.
• Abilities to speak and write English, and Chinese.

Salary Range: Basic Salary + OT commensurate with experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for performing dimensional and visual inspections on precision components made from metal, plastic, and rubber to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with precision measuring equipment and a strong eye for detail to support our manufacturing and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring microscopes.
• Record and report inspection results accurately, maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities within the QC department.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in quality control/inspection within a manufacturing environment.
