Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations-oriented professional in Singapore to juggle customer enquiries, site surveys, quotations, and installation planning. You will coordinate multiple projects, lead workers, and adapt quickly to changing plans while ensuring high-quality service in English and Chinese.

You'll manage logistics, keep precise records, and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as the business grows in the Singapore EV and electrical works space.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Quick-witted and resourceful; able to think on your feet and adapt plans on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and advise on suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries and issues professionally, in English and Chinese to serve Chinese-speaking clients and contacts.
• Schedule and coordinate site survey appointments and generate accurate quotations based on findings and pricing.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and close out approvals.
• Plan and arrange installation schedules, balance customer availability and worker availability.
• Coordinate logistics - materials, equipment, and access ahead of each installation.
• Assign and manage workers across multiple projects and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, quotations, schedules, and communications.
