Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Customer Service & Operations Executive to manage the customer journey from enquiry to installation, liaise with automotive partners, and keep projects on track.

You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, coordinate site surveys and appointments, and prepare quotations while maintaining accurate records. Training will be provided for EV/installation processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, coordination, administration or operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple cases at the same time.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in automotive, EV, electrical, construction or logistics is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Attend to customer enquiries, understand their needs and provide timely assistance.
• Coordinate the customer journey from initial enquiry through to installation completion.
• Arrange site surveys, installation appointments and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and invoices using established templates.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, payments, appointments and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate closely with installation teams to ensure appointments and projects run smoothly.
• Liaise with dealer and automotive partners such as BMW, MINI, Lexus, BYD and Eurokars on customer cases and charger arrangements.
• Keep customers updated on their installation progress and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer queries and work with the relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
