Job summary

Singapore Pools (Pte) Ltd is seeking a counter sales associate to provide friendly customer service, handle cash transactions, and assist with deposits and withdrawals at the counter. The role requires good English and Mandarin communication and a patient, service-oriented mindset.

The incumbent will support end-of-day cash reconciliation and related administrative tasks while working in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cashiering experience in the service industry.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; ability to attend to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform counter sales and services of the Company's products and to pay prize winners.
• Attend to customers' queries and provide hassle free service and a pleasant experience for customers.
• Provide services such as deposits/withdrawals and reconcile end-of-day cash with physical cash.
• Assist on all administrative work related to counter duty and the premises.
