Job summary

Pearl Lam Projects in Singapore is seeking a Gallery Executive to support daily operations at our newly opened space. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on greeting visitors, providing exhibition information, and handling inquiries with courtesy and expertise.

Responsibilities include gallery administration, coordinating events, monitoring exhibition spaces, assisting with installation/deinstallation, and liaising with vendors for lighting, cleaning, and security.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages a plus.
• Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• Willing to work night shifts (11:00–23:00), including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide exhibition information, and answer inquiries courteously and knowledgeably.
• Assist with gallery administration: records, correspondence, appointments, event logistics.
• Monitor spaces, support installation/deinstallation, and check artworks' conditions.
• Coordinate vendor services: lighting, cleaning, security; assist with sales support.
• Collaborate with sales team on client follow-up and basic inventory management.
• Contribute to a positive visitor experience alongside gallery staff.
