Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive student enrollment growth across both French and English streams.

You will lead admissions, manage partnerships, and oversee the Corporate Membership Programme, ensuring high enrollment targets and a strong candidate experience from inquiry to onboarding. You will collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic Leadership, using CRM tools like Salesforce to monitor performance and craft effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Administration or Management, Communications or Public Relation, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• 5-8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or admissions in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual enrolment plan with targets for each school year and mid-year admissions across both streams.
• Lead the full admissions journey from lead generation to enrolment and onboarding.
• Identify and develop recruitment channels including expatriate families, AEFE network schools, relocation agencies, embassies, and multinational companies.
• Monitor enrollment performance using CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics; track lead sources, conversions, and drop-offs.
• Analyse retention and attrition trends; collaborate with academic and pastoral teams to improve retention and re-enrolment.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and intake forecasts to the Director with stream-by-stream detail.
