Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Corporate Planning and HRGA support specialist to liaise with Tokyo Headquarters and regional offices. The role blends planning, administrative duties and expatriate welfare support in a dynamic regional environment.

You will consolidate financial and operational data, draft management materials in Japanese, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth cross-border collaboration between Singapore and Japan while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in corporate planning, finance, HRGA or back-office roles.
• Proficiency in Japanese to interact with HQ and local stakeholders.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented, service-focused.

Responsabilités

• Corporate Planning and admin support, coordinating with Tokyo HQ and regional offices.
• Consolidate and analyze performance data; prepare management materials for HQ in Japanese.
• Coordinate meetings, materials, logistics, and hospitality for travellers and VIPs to Singapore.
• Support HRGA: welfare programmes for expatriates and pre-assignment relocation support.
• Bridge communication between Singapore, Japan HQ, and regional entities in Japanese.
