You will prepare structured management reports and translate performance data into actionable insights, while supporting liquidity monitoring and capital deployment across vehicles and operating entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate planning, management reporting, finance, or related functions.
• Fluent in Japanese (business level) to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with consolidation across multiple entities.
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate findings to management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management reporting across multiple entities and investment funds.
• Prepare structured management reports and translate performance data into insights.
• Conduct financial performance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Support evaluation and reporting of investment portfolios and capital deployment.
• Monitor liquidity positions, capital commitments, funding requirements, and capital allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate data for informed decisions.
• Support governance activities, including board papers and presentations.
• Streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy and transparency.
• Conduct strategic analyses on business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with headquarters and Asia-Pacific teams to align with group policies.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to support objectives.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
