Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Travel Coordinator to manage flight reservations and ticketing for corporate clients. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English and the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams to coordinate travel arrangements.

You will input and verify booking records in airline reservation systems, answer inquiries, and maintain documentation. Experience in Sabre and travel/hospitality industries are advantages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English language for communicating with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in administrative, customer support, or related office-based roles.
• Ability to manage booking records and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience using Sabre reservation system is an added advantage.
• Experience in travel agencies, airlines, hotels, or related travel and hospitality industries is an added advantage.
• Experience in corporate travel arrangements or flight reservation services is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations and ticketing arrangements for corporate clients.
• Handle enquiries related to flight bookings, amendments, cancellations, and travel requirements.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders via email and telephone in Japanese and English.
• Input, verify, and maintain booking records using airline reservation systems.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure accurate and timely travel arrangements.
• Perform related administrative duties and maintain booking documentation.
