Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Corporate Planning Manager/Senior Corporate Planning Manager to oversee governance, corporate administration and group company management across APAC. The role suits a corporate generalist skilled in stakeholder coordination and policy implementation.

You will work with regional entities, HQ stakeholders and external advisors to ensure compliant operations, standardised processes and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years for Manager level or 15 years for Senior Manager level.
• Experience in Regional Headquarters or multinational organisations.
• Experience supporting group companies across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Able to liaise with legal, tax, finance and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate APAC governance and group company management across jurisdictions.
• Liaise between regional entities and headquarters stakeholders.
• Drive governance framework alignment and internal controls.
• Prepare and consolidate board and regional governance materials.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance and Accounting on complex matters.
• Organise governance meetings and track policy implementation.
