Job summary

COMRADE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT is seeking a Business Development and Sales professional in Singapore to drive building automation and early detection solutions. You will conduct site visits, translate client needs into quotations, and provide technical support across the full sales lifecycle.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Building Automation and at least 2 years in Building Automation or related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Building Automation.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Building Automation, Technical Sales, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients from China.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation, presentation, and selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, review technical requirements, prepare quotations, and deliver technical support.
• Manage end-to-end client engagement, including pre-sales preparations and post-sales follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong networks with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
