TTT TECH PTE. LTD. seeks a bilingual English/Mandarin BD professional in Singapore to build and manage strategic referral networks with real estate agencies and agents.

You will establish commission structures and co-marketing campaigns, and lead product briefings to promote insulation film technologies. The role requires 3–5 years of BD/channel sales experience in SG real estate or related sectors, a strong existing network, and excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven BD/channel sales experience in Singapore real estate, interior design, building materials, or home automation sectors.
• Existing network and connections within Singapore’s property agent community is a strong advantage.
• Excellent persuasive, networking, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage strategic referral networks with real estate agencies, property agents, and real estate management firms across Singapore.
• Establish mutually beneficial referral payout structures, tier-commission models, and co-marketing campaigns for agents’ clients.
• Conduct product briefing sessions and workshops for property agent groups to promote V-KOOL, 3M, LLumar, and related insulation film technologies.
• Drive consistent referral leads from real estate transaction touchpoints into company sales channels.
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with key agency team leaders and top producers.
