Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Fluent English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Basic numerical ability for sales orders in forex transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and in a team with timely follow-up.
• CRM software knowledge is a plus.
• O Level qualification minimum.

Responsibilities
