Job summary

Expeditors in Singapore seeks an experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional support for freight bookings, tracking, andcoordination across our air export operations. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and ensure data accuracy in ETMS while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong English communication skills, 3–5 years in logistics, and a client-focused mindset within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum tertiary education with 3 to 5 years’ relevant industry experience.
Computer literate and able to operate email.
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and to achieve department’s objectives for timely freight booking, shipment pick up and related monitoring/coordination.
Answer all incoming calls promptly and politely.
Handle air export shipment bookings via different channels of communication.
Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide quotes for freight charges via email where necessary.
Ensure data (required by OPA/Air Lateral) are entered into ETMS timely and accurately.
Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.
