Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting proposals and pursuits within AEC or relevant professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, marketing, graphic design, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Experience in proposal management, business development support, and client-facing marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the preparation of proposals, RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, qualifications packages, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Schedules and tracks production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
• Drafts, edits, organizes, and proofs marketing collateral to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and brand-aligned.
• Research clients, market trends, and background information to understand local competitive landscape.
• Support media-related efforts: preparing media packages, updating website content, and distributing direct mail campaigns.
• Coordinate events, public relations efforts, advertisements, content for speaking engagements and award submittals.
• Use a creative approach to perform tasks on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
• Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
• Support day-to-day studio coordination, vendor management for repairs, maintenance, and supply orders, and other admin tasks.
• Provide support to Office Manager or Talent Manager for special projects.

Perkins&Will is seeking a Bids & Proposals Marketing Specialist to support the studio's pursuits and business development activities across Singapore and the broader Asia region.

This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality proposals, qualifications packages and client presentations that support the pursuit of new business opportunities. Working closely with studio leadership, architects, designers and experts, the successful candidate will manage multiple pursuits simultaneously, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant, client-focused, and delivered on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience supporting pursuits, bids, and proposals within the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), design, or professional services industries. This is a pursuit-focused role and is best suited for candidates with experience in proposal management, business development support, and client-facing marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the preparation of proposals, RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, qualifications packages,and presentations for prospective clients.
• Schedules and tracks production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
• Drafts, edits, organizes, and proofs various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, media relations pieces, and interview content to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive, and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the Perkins&Will brand standards.
• Research clients, market trends, and background information to contribute to fully understanding the local competitive landscape.
• Supporting media-related efforts: preparing media packages, developing and updating website content, and developing and distributing direct mail campaigns.
• Participates in coordinating events, public relations efforts, advertisements, content for speaking engagements and award submittals.
• Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
• Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
• Support day-to-day studio coordination to ensure smooth workflow, including managing vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supply orders, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provides support to the Office Manager or Talent Manager for special projects as needed.
