Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Singapore) Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced Tender Lead to drive strategic analysis, qualification, and cross-functional bid responses for multinational freight-forwarding opportunities. The role includes pricing strategy, governance and on-time submissions.

You will coordinate Procurement, Product and TradeLane teams, manage post-tender negotiations, and maintain pricing knowledge assets while monitoring market trends for future bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a multinational freight forwarding environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Knowledge of Power Pivot and Power Query is highly desirable.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage complex timelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with multitasking ability.
• Solid understanding of freight transport products and market nuances.

Responsibilities

• In-depth tender review to understand client requirements, volumes, lanes and SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional team to evaluate the tender against strategy and criteria.
• Flag issues for Legal, Finance, Compliance, IT or SMEs for approvals.
• Coordinate quoting parties and stakeholders as project manager for tender responses.
• Develop pricing offers that are compliant, competitive and accurate.
• Ensure submissions are on time via digital portals, email or physical delivery.
• Support post-tender negotiations to secure contracts while protecting margins.
• Maintain logs, pipelines and pricing asset databases; monitor market intelligence.
