Job summary

TAKASAGO INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Beverage Development Specialist to develop prototypes and lead beverage application projects across coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based, carbonated drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, flavored water, and alcoholic beverages.

You will operate UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave and high shear mixer, ensuring product safety through heat treatment and leveraging flavour knowledge and sensory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate beverage prototypes based on projects, standards and country requirements.
• Lead beverage application projects across coffee, tea, dairy, plant-based, carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices, energy drinks, flavored water and alcoholic beverages.
• Operate lab process equipment including UHT, aseptic filler, homogenizer, carbonator, hot water bath, autoclave and high shear mixer.
• Apply heat treatment knowledge to ensure product safety across beverage categories.
• Select and evaluate right flavor solutions for applications requirements.
• Utilize strong sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.
• Serve as technical contact for key category customers/markets and understand commercial needs.
• Design, prepare and conduct shelf life testing for beverages.
• Manage raw materials, lab supplies and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
