Job summary

Tesserae is looking for Behaviour Therapists to work closely with families, schools, and other professionals in Singapore. You will implement individualised intervention plans, support skill development through play and structured activities, and carefully collect data to guide ongoing adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience with neurodiverse children in one-to-one or group settings.
• Curious, reflective and motivated to learn and grow in your field.
• Appreciate a flat team structure that encourages ownership.
• Hold a degree in psychology or a related discipline such as early childhood or special education.
• Certifications such as RBT, ABAT, BCaBA, BCBA or equivalent (e.g. QBA) are a bonus.
• Bring international exposure or experience, which we see as an added plus.
