Job summary

Tesserae is hiring Behaviour Therapists to work with neurodiverse children and collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals. You will apply evidence-based interventions in everyday settings and contribute to a thoughtful, team-driven approach.

Join a small, ambitious practice led by BCBA experts, including the only practising BCBA-D in Southeast Asia. You’ll grow professionally through mentorship, data-driven decisions, and ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in psychology or a related discipline such as early childhood or special education.
• Certifications such as RBT, BCaBA, BCBA or equivalent (e.g. QBA) are a bonus.
• Experience working with neurodiverse children in one-to-one or group settings.
• International exposure or experience is a plus.

• Supporting skill development through play, structure, and everyday moments
• Collecting and analysing data carefully to track progress and inform ongoing adjustments
• Growing as a clinician through mentorship, reflection, and increasing independence in your work
• Being part of a small, ambitious team shaping the industry, with opportunities to learn and grow beyond direct clinical work

Education

• Appreciate a flat team structure that encourages individual ownership

• Have relevant certifications such as RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, or equivalent (e.g. QBA) as a bonus
• Bring international exposure or experience, which we see as an added plus
