Cotyledon Therapy, a Singapore-based provider of progressive ABA therapy, is hiring a Lead Behaviour Therapist. You will deliver individualised ABA interventions, mentor junior therapists and collaborate with families and the clinical lead to support children with autism and other developmental needs.

You will maintain accurate data, lead programme development, participate in professional development and uphold high standards of ethical practice, safeguarding and confidentiality.

• Deliver individualised ABA therapy to develop communication, social, play and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with clinical director on assessments, goals and intervention programmes.
• Review progress data and adapt teaching strategies to each child’s needs.
• Mentor junior therapists through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate session data and clinical documentation.
• Partner with families and professionals to generalise skills across settings.
• Uphold ethical practice, safeguarding and confidentiality.

Connaissances

Bachelor’s degree or higher

BCBA certification (preferred)

ABA principles

Formation

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field
