Job summary

ELLIE BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor to lead our boutique team in Singapore. You will supervise, motivate and train staff, ensuring excellent customer service and merchandise displays.

You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, coaching, inventory accuracy, cash handling and compliance, while driving sales toward boutique targets. The role requires at least 2 years in retail, preferably beauty, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Supervisory experience in managing a team is preferred.
• Proven sales track record.
• Independent, proactive, and optimistic.
• Experience in beauty industry (basic skincare knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and motivate retail team at Boutique
• Guide and train new Beauty Advisor assigned to Boutique for OTJ
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations (planning of roster, performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc)
• Optimizes resources, monitor and ensure team hits personal Boutique Sales Target
• Inventory Management – ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
• Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing
• Housekeeping of store and admin (Paperwork)
• Manage day-to-day store staff scheduling
• Handle after-sales service
• Regular staff training

Job Requirements
