Job summary

SASA BEAUTY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Beauty Advisor Supervisor to lead and motivate the boutique team. You will guide and train new Beauty Advisors on the job and ensure smooth daily operations, including roster planning, staff coaching and merchandising.

You will optimize resources, monitor sales targets, manage inventory accuracy and cash till procedures, while maintaining store housekeeping and paperwork in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and motivate retail team at Boutique
• Guide and train new Beauty Advisor assigned to Boutique for OTJ
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations (planning of roster, performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc)
• Optimizes resources, monitor and ensure team hits personal Boutique Sales Target
• Inventory Management – ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
• Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing
• Housekeeping of store and admin (Paperwork)
