STRIP in Singapore invites a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and drive customer satisfaction. The role focuses on leading therapists, coordinating with management, and ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Supervise the daily activities of the branch to ensure that customer satisfaction and budget objectives are met.
• Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch.
• Manage a team of therapist by providing guidance in achieving target.
• Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development.
• Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance.
• Responsible for achieving branch sales target.
• Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
