Luxasia is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to oversee store performance across our network, ensuring smooth in-store operations and adherence to SOPs.

You will lead manpower planning, manage Beauty Advisors relationships and drive sales targets, supported by strong inventory management and data reporting. The role demands digital savviness and a fast-paced, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines.
• At least 4 years in Retail with Beauty/Cosmetics and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and inventory management skills.
• Digitally savvy and results-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• In Store Operations: manage operations of all stores and ensure SOP adherence.
• Beauty Advisors Relations: oversee performance management and staff payouts.
• Reporting: analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory levels to drive action.
