Job summary

LUXASIA is a leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, with a strong footprint across fashion and luxury beauty. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day store operations, achieving sales targets, and driving customer experience initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in retail or FMCG, and be capable of working weekend and public holiday shifts. We value proactive individuals who communicate effectively, work independently, and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry.
• Sales driven and proactive with ability to perform in fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in both oral and written communication.
• Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop.
• Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets.
• Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience.
• Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships.
• Adhering to established standard operating procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets.
• Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and productivity.
• Assisting with the monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records.
