Job summary

Luxasia in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retailer to support daily shop operations and deliver excellent service across beauty counters. You will assist customers with product knowledge, handle POS transactions, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

The role requires 0-1 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work retail hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced beauty environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years in retail industry.
• Preferably experience in POS stores/counters in Beauty industry.
• Solid understanding of product knowledge, events, operations & cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop.
• Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience and sales.
• Creating connections and building rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Ensure complaints are well resolved.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures in cash and asset handling.
• Ensuring products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conducting monthly stock checks and maintaining accurate stock records.
