The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager at Far East Plaza to oversee daily branch operations and provide expert beauty advice to clients. You will lead and motivate a team, drive sales, and ensure efficient branch performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
• Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivering effective treatments.

4 days off a month (Every Sunday and PH off)
Working Hour: Weekdays - 11am to 8pm; Weekend - 11am to 6pm
Working Location: Far East Plaza
Salary Range: $ 2500 - $ 3500 + $ 200 Attendance Allowance + $ 1000 performance bonus + Overriding

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
