Up to $2,400 Basic + Monthly Commission + Allowance + Performance Bonus
Avg. 44 hours/week | 8 Off Days Per Month

Your Role:

• Conduct professional skincare and haircare consultations with customers
• Recommend suitable products and treatments based on customer needs
• Demonstrate proper product usage and skincare routines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging return visits
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets (individual & team)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest treatments, tools, and technologies in the industry
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns
• ✅ Assist with daily operations: store opening/closing, stock replenishment, admin tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter space
• Represent our brand with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor or Retail Skincare Consultant
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and science-backed wellness solutions
• Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Familiarity with retail operations is a plus
